This forum has been arranged for the purpose of scientific and technical information exchange. The SEI does not endorse the products or services of any participating organization.

By completing your registration, you agree that your registration data may be shared with the official conference hotel for the purposes of cross-referencing conference attendee confirmations and guest room block usage. Guest room reservations made in the conference block may also be shared with the conference organizers (SEI) to track block usage.

By registering, you grant the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) permission to communicate with you regarding this conference, and other SEI-related services, via the contact information you have provided. Registrants grant the SEI permission to share this information with the participants of FloCon.

By registering, you grant Carnegie Mellon University and/or anyone acting on their behalf ("Carnegie Mellon") permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record and use your name, likeness, image, voice, and comments; and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit; and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form, and for any purpose without compensation.

Schedules, speakers, and program content are subject to change.

Payment Methods

We must receive your full payment prior to the conference via credit card, check, or purchase order.

We accept only U.S. currency.

Credit Cards. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Company or Personal Checks. Make checks payable to SEI/CMU, with the name of your organization and "FloCon 2024" in the memo field. Mail checks to

Cancellation Policy

Refunds requested in writing by December 22, 2023 will be processed two to four weeks after the conference minus a $75 administrative fee.

No refunds will be given after December 22, 2023. Those who do not cancel by this date and do not attend will not be issued refunds.

Substitute attendees are welcome at no extra charge. Please notify us of substitutions at least three weeks prior to the conference so we can prepare registration materials.

Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless

All FloCon 2024 events and activities are purely voluntary activities, and attendees are fully responsible for their own conduct and well-being. In participating in any event or activity, attendees shall be deemed to understand and accept all risk of possible injury that might occur as a result of such participation. Attendees agree to release and hold harmless Carnegie Mellon University acting through its Software Engineering Institute and its employees, officers, representatives, and agents from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses of any kind which arise out of or result from attendance at and participation in FloCon 2024 event(s). Attendee agrees to release and hold harmless Carnegie Mellon University acting through its Software Engineering Institute and its employees, officers, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in the event you are registering to participate in and use of any associated facilities or hotels.
