To guarantee your reservation with the SATURN room block rate at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, you must book in advance using a credit card, debit card, check, or money order.
The hotel has a five day individual guest room cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation less than five days prior to arrival, the credit/debit card used to book your reservation will be charged a one night guestroom and tax fee.
Five days prior to your arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge a deposit authorization fee of the cost of one night’s guestroom and tax on the credit/debit card used to make the reservation. Please be aware that if you book your reservation with a debit card, this authorization will reduce the funds available in your bank account at that time.
