Eboni Thamavong has written for the Presidential Daily Briefing during the Obama administration and has led highly decorated analytic teams that informed the federal government by blending geo-politics, technical analysis and cybersecurity policy. Previously, she served as an U.S. intelligence officer for ten years. She worked with Silicon Valley to identify partnering opportunities, build critical relationships, and facilitate the adoption of commercial solutions that fulfil critical gaps in NSA’s cyber mission.
Ms. Thamavong utilizes design thinking processes and her knowledge of cyber operations to create user profiles, conduct focus groups, and creating analytics for cyber operations. She is currently obtaining her EMBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. She earned her MA in International Studies from Morgan State University and BA in Japanese Studies from the University of Maryland.
