Sebastian von Conrad (Envato)
Envato
Sebastian von Conrad heads the software architecture efforts at Envato, which operates very large-scale websites. He loves helping to solve difficult technical problems at scale. He is a former development manager and developer, and he is the previous President of Ruby Australia. Growing up in Sweden, Australia was about the last place Sebastian ever thought he’d visit, yet alone live. After 7 years and counting, however, he has no plans of leaving—at least not until he actually sees a snake.
