Abstract

This presentation was part of the Fifth International Workshop on Managing Technical Debt, held at the ACM/IEEE International Symposium on Empirical Software Engineering and Measurement (ESEM) 2013.

The goal of this fifth workshop was to bring together leading empiricists and practitioners to explore practical problems that offer opportunities for research that can provide evidence for or against the emerging definition of technical debt and the efficacy of emerging practice.
