This tool is intended to be used by an objective observer to aid in the prioritization of work to be performed based on value to the mission as opposed to monetary return on investment. This version of the tool is an alternate version of the tool to implement the mission-based prioritization of agile backlogs that includes a small amount of Visual Basic code that creates a tab containing the sorted prioritized list and a tab containing features grouped by the mission parameters.
