    This course introduces Personal Software Process (PSP) metrics associated with improving time estimation and reducing defects. These measures serve as the basis for software development process improvement in an organization or for an individual.

    This course, designed for practicing software engineers and their managers, includes 14 lectures. Exercises include 9 programming problems and 4 reports. The course is supported by chapters from Watts Humphrey's book, PSP: A Self-Improvement Process for Software Engineers (Addison-Wesley, 2005).
