In this presentation made at the RSA 2016 conference, Lisa Young describes how to use the Goal-Question-Indicator-Metric (GQIM) process to derive metrics from business or program objectives. Using this process enable you to measure what matters to the business to better inform business decisions and not waste resources on measuring what doesn't matter.
