Presented in September 2008 by Robert Stoddard. CMMI High Maturity Practices using process performance models and baselines have generally had more practice in large organizations and large projects. However, there are appropriate and business-value-added uses and approaches in small settings that should be discussed.
This workshop provided the necessary insight to apply these CMMI High Maturity models and baselines, including a brief discussion on tools and techniques.
