Abstract
WELLE-D is a wireless traffic transport for wired networks developed by the SEI for creating a realistic, virtual wireless network environment. WELLE-D provides a cost-effective means of hosting exercises, and a safe and controlled environment in which to do it. This collection provides access to download the tool as well as documentation to learn more about it.
