Abstract
This presentation, delivered at SEPG North America 2011 by five people from TATA Consultancy Services and Software Technology Transition, explains the concept of a multiple simultaneous appraisal, in this case using CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC. It shares the experience of a large Multiple Simultaneous Appraisal, conducted in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS), using CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC concurrently. It lists some considerations to be explored for Multiple Simultaneous Appraisals.
