Software Engineering Institute

Luiz Antunes is a member of the technical staff at the Software Engineering Institute. With a background in distributed computing, information architecture and visualization, and human-computer interaction, he is responsible for creating artifacts that generate visual analytics from large data sets.

Before joining the SEI, he developed software for the utilities sector in South America and later acted as one of the architects of the CoMotion data visualization and collaboration suite at General Dynamics. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Hydraulic Engineering from the State University of Campinas, Brazil.
