Abstract
The 2001 Annual Report of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) describes the accomplishments of the SEI during Fiscal Year 2001 (October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001). For each of the SEI's technical initiatives, the report summarizes key research and support that the SEI provided for developers and acquirers of software-intensive systems. The report also presents information about the SEI, its staff members, and its organization, including staff accomplishments, publications, leadership positions, demographics, dissemination activities, and funding data.
