Abstract
This presentation follows one organization's transition from "predictive" to "Agile" methods, dispels some common CMMI and Agility myths, demonstrates that CMMI is supportive of Agile approaches, and shows how CMMI can provide the discipline needed to deploy Agile methods in large development environments.
