Abstract

This webinar summarizes much of what the SEI has learned in its eight years of researching and facilitating adoption of Agile and Lean methods in software-reliant systems in government.  SuZ and Eileen focused on how Agile and Lean principles can be interpreted for government settings, and provided an overview of resources published by the SEI to support government organizations who are now, or are contemplating, adopting Agile or Lean methods for the software-reliant systems acquisitions and sustainment.
