Abstract
This keynote address discusses Capability, Agility, and Resilience (CAR) in software/solutions development. It gives an overview of CAR's impact on the Census Enterprise Data Collection and Processing (CEDCaP) Program, which is creating an integrated and standardized enterprise suite of systems that offers shared data collection and processing services for all censuses and surveys.
